Educational Requirements

Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • 0–2 years’ experience in tele sales, call center, or sales.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Clear speaking voice.
  • Ability to convince customers over the phone.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, CRM).
  • Good Bangla speaking ability (English is a plus).
  • Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership ability.
  • Ability to manage and guide tele sales team members.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Promote and explain company products or services.
  • Generate sales and meet daily/monthly targets.
  • Follow up with customers for sales conversion.
  • Handle high-value customers and important sales leads.
  • Lead and support tele sales team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and call quality.
  • Train new tele sales staff.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain call records and customer database.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales.
