Education

• Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree.
• Degrees in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics are preferred.

Experience

• 0–2 years experience for junior positions.
• 2–4 years experience may be required for senior roles.
• Experience in warehouse, delivery operations, or supply chain is a plus.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of inventory and shipment tracking.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate product delivery and shipment schedules.
• Track incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain inventory records and logistics reports.
• Communicate with transport companies and suppliers.
• Solve delivery or transportation issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
